See how your hormones are affecting your existence and start there. Start eating low histamine foods to allow your body to reduce inflammation, drink water (your bowels and brain love water 🖖🏻thank you Dr. Forrester🖖🏻) and get some outside sun on your skin (but put sunscreen on because they are turning the microwaves up). The days are long as shit, but those years are flying by… because they are playing with the fast forward button too damn much.
