Talent Identification is poor including player discipline is poor! These players never take their career seriously at all. Look at the likes of Sipho Mbule, Lerato Chabangu, Zongo the list is endless.

I think it’s corruption. And most scouters there in it for the money and not for the game it’s rare to find scouters in rural areas they only go to Township,suburbs

We've got lot of players who are better than all those old ones.. Just these old ones are the ones criticising these young ones.. For me Zwane is better than khumalo.. And we still have more..

It not that they don’t exist , the problem is clubs bring in foreign coaches from overseas that don’t understand the South African way of football thus changing a way a certain player plays.

The talent is there but I thing we don't have the structure that other countries have to make these players as big as they can be. Also it seems like once they get to the PSL they become comfortable.

Teams structural or personnel continuity...Look at Pirates they had Teko, Lorch, now Rele...Segolela, Saleng, Nkota...like for like replacements.

they exist flopo ke gore there's no structure in our football. .rugby there's already a "new" siya kolisi nd discipline seems to be a hard thing to grasp
