Flatbreads with Creamy Tzatziki Dip ☀️🥒🧄 This is one of the recipes from the pizza dough chapter in my cookbook 3 Doughs, 60 Recipes which is out ONE MONTH FROM TODAY (UK!!) and 4th March in North America/Australia/New Zealand! One of the best things about this book is that I show you how to rework the three doughs (for pizza, focaccia and sandwich bread) to turn them into lots of different bread items! Here the pizza dough is transformed into pillowy soft griddled flatbreads…this is achieved by adjusting the size of the dough balls and then grilling on both sides in a pan with a bit of olive oil. Of course, what is a flatbread workout a dip? You’ll get that recipe in the book too! One thing I love about the pizza dough chapter is that you can make up to four recipes from it using one batch of dough - I’ll make a video showing this soon! One portion of dough can be made into mini doughnuts, another portion into a beautiful leaf-shaped fougasse.
