Noooo hate when people call out for the modification unless it is an uplevel! I teach and call out people when they do things that are more challenging so it is like a boost!

For all the ppl saying they dont wanna try solid core now, my instuctors have never called me out, every instructor is different! Try it and if you like it, find an instructor you like

Solidcore I never heard any of my instructors calling anyone about modifications and also shouldn’t be any shame on doing a modification 😂I been doing Solidcore for over year and never seen it happen
