I got masseter Botox for my horrific TMJ and it helped for 2 months and I quite literally could feel the second the Botox truly wore off and my jaw pain came back even worse than before

You might need a new injector because this should not be happening. They might be using too many units or they aren’t placing it in the right place.

I think this is only the case if you aren’t a good candidate for it. I had HUGE masseters and got 40 units on each side and everything is exactly the same. I just don’t grind my teeth anymore
