Coach Austin am determined and I love gym training so much alot has changed since i joined but the only challenge is time where I have to attend duty for 12 hours plus 2 hours travel journey to & from then go for gym 1 hour then end up having atleast 4 hour sleep to get ready for work once again " I need some advice coach " thank you so much
