2 tbsp of olive oil will do great with onion and tomato. Then you add 1/4 cup of water, add fresh spinach until wilted, and then you can fry your egg too.

I should say, for positivity sake 💕 I am going to try this recipe, I did a recipe this morning with spinach, sausage, hash brown and fried egg. It was so yummy
