👇 Explanation below Which overhead tricep extension is better: the bar or the rope? The truth is both are excellent tricep exercises and both deserve a place in a well-designed tricep workout. However, there are some important differences between the two. The rope variation does a great job of allowing you to separate your hands at the top of the movement, creating a strong peak contraction in the triceps.
