We were just in Pigeon Forge at the same time in an Airbnb, but the one we were in plowed and salted all roads. The fact that the owners didn’t take care of the renters is sad!

For cabin owners, if you’re having your cabin managed, go with a reputable company. When renting, stay away from companies that only see their guests as numbers!
