This turned out so perfectly! The size of the opening is really what made all the difference. At first glance I thought it was too small to work, but if the opening had been any bigger the tissues would have come out all in one clump each time I grabbed one. It’s trickier to get the tissues in this way, but the compact size of the opening insures that you get a single tissue with each pull - just make sure you start with the outside layer of your tissues so each one continues to feed through like a normal tissue box.
