It’s basically marry me chicken in a plate pie with pastry top and bottom. #Love 2 chicken breasts Black pepper 2tbs olive oil 2tbs butter 2 grated cloves of garlic 250 ml chicken stock (stock pot) 150 ml double cream 90g parmesan grated or more! Tsp chilli flakes Half a tsp oregano Half a tsp Mediterranean seasoning 80g sundried tomatoes chopped Taste for salt! Handful of watercress or spinach 2 sheets of puff pastry Egg wash ‼️NOW COOK IT ALL TILL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH STRAIN THE CHICKEN AND SAUCE THROUGH A COLANDER, and keep the sauce to one side. Let it all go cold. Shred the chicken and make your pie x Cut two rounds of pastry I did a 23 cm round and a 26cm round, fill the smaller one and seal the top crimping around the edges with a fork egg wash and in oven.
