This is false information. How about Syria? Syria, once a majority Christian nation, was forced into becoming a Muslim country. Christian Syrians were given 3 options: 1. Convert 2. Pay to remain Christian 3. Be killed. This is not by sword? Also, regarding the language there are still people who speak Aramaic, and we pray in both Arabic and Aramaic. But, as to why it’s not widely spoken by Middle Eastern Christians is because we were forced to assimilate into the Arab rule.
