Supportive Bras: i’ve been wearing my mom’s specialized bras that are custom; wide straps, strong underwire, full coverage cups that provide lift and support. 2. Posture: my doctor said to keep note of my posture at all times, shoulder’s back and spine straight 🫡 3. Exercise: so as of recently I’ve been hitting the gym more, strength training became apart of my routine. i’ve been really focusing on my deadlift i think it helps the most! 4.
