I would also get it as a form of birth control.. I had a baby in 2023 and went back on the pill but i’m starting to feel so bad again on the pill, but i don’t want a second baby.. is it accurate?

As long as you're using it for birth control with the awareness that it only tracks your basal body temperature and doesn't include other key signs from the symptothermal method then cool.+
