next time get a pump sprayer and spray the cleaner on the carpet directly then use the rug doctor with plain water to rinse. You never really rinse when adding soap to the machine.

oh dang! good work girlie! I work for a company that does move-out cleans, usually we come in after the carpets have been done or before. that was totally on your landlord.

If you can afford to hire a professional carpet cleaning company, they use steam along with cleaning products to deep clean, those cleaners you rent don’t reach the bottom of the carpet

I just dealt with this & the carpets were so disgusting I arranged for new carpets to be put in bc otherwise I would have broken the lease. Carpet instillation is so cheap. I hate renting 😭😭😭
