@cross.stitch.cait: Replying to @pics.by.place quick explanation of the parking method. Let me know if you would like a more in depth tutorial ☺️ #crossstitch #fiberart #crossstitching
Then there is me just counting stitches far and wide so I can just finish that string.

What fabric are you using/did you mark the sections yourself, or did the fabric come like that?

I don't think I actively looked up anything about cross stitch ever and I'm so glad the parking method stumbled on my fyp page at some point, it's such a game changer ✨️

Wait so how do you work? Because I tried the parking method going from top to bottom one row at a time but it becomes a total mess. It seems like you are working diagonal? How does that work? I’m curious since I’m a fairly new stitcher! I’m now doing cross country but I really hate how messy the back gets and that I have to go back to certain areas for just a few stitches😅. I LOVE your piece! It looks amazing!🥰

I do a same color section and weave my thread under finished stitches on the back and cut. I never drag thread. I was taught not to. This is so interesting. And I have never used an app. Who knew.....

The bobbin! It's brilliant. Do you just use a regular sewing machine bobbin?

I’ve been avoiding parking my threads due to not having a bobbin for them and getting confused what’s what later on. What app do you use?

when you moved that thread to the next square, did you tie off and reattach or did you just travel with the floss?
