Anthro did the same to me on the day I called today They got it the same day. Most companies have one to two people processing returns and I’m sure Elwood has the same shipping and return people

One time- at a thrift store in Dallas… they had like 100 Elwood sweatshirts with a misprint on the front (it said Pilate when it should have said Pilates….) and they were all like $5. I got one
