The ball can hit the ground if the receiver maintains control. A catch by 2 players goes to the offense. And it didn’t matter anyway bc there was a defensive penalty.

What about the chiefs player lined up clearly in the neutral zone on said fourth down? Clearly in the neutral zone? They got 2 bad calls on 1 play.

As far as the Worthy catch goes, he had one hand on the ball and the defender had two hands on it. The referee’s blew that call, reviewed it doubled down on their mistake.
