Do not take off the input shaft O-ring without first making sure it’s not a discontinued part like on the Ford 500 CVT cft30 I can’t find one anywhere

My O2 4L 80 E shifts hard after warm-up. When it’s cold and I takeoff from my house it shift smooth but at the next light or the next stop line that’s when it starts to shift hard. Help me please lol!
