If store manager doesn’t fill out the correct paperwork and send it back to warehouse properly, you’ll never see it unless u escalate and Oreilly pays out.

We have to enter our own labor claims on Advance's website. We don't have an O'Reilly around here. Good luck getting Cloyes to cover anything under warranty. I'd go OEM only for tensioners

in my experience the speed of payment is always slow. three to four months minimum. the biggest factor in the claims is your store manager. if they're not getting the job done you have to escalate it.
