People should approach fine dining like they do with art shows, theater, opera..it’s art, the medium is food! If you’re a casual eater you just won’t appreciate it I fear, save your $$ for Chilis~

Been there twice. Nothing beats it. It’s only a 2 star, there are 4 in LA. Wel. I did multiple 3 stars in NYC and it did not beat it. Vespertine is worth it.
