I do Pilates 6-7 times a week, run, eat healthy. All bodies are different! I look around class in core and I’m usually the strongest but have the most tummy rolls 😅

My hormone test resulted in me having to do Pilates/yoga and 10,000/day instead of gym/spin - low impact v high - and it CHANGED me! Every body is different is so important to remember!!

I do Pilates at least three times per week in the mornings and in between CROSSFIT to get my cardio in the afternoon. It’s done wonders to my body and helped with recovery.

Yes! Depending on what they were doing before Pilates, they’re probably burning less calories once they switch to Pilates so def can’t be eating the same. That’s what I realized for me at least.
