Use a hard block, not a sponge. Use an X pattern to make sure it’s even, use a can of black spray paint and mist a guide coat on. Use 80 GRIT!!! to block.

Block like a X pattern and don’t put pressure on it. 120 then 180 before u primer it. Block with 320 don’t wet sand the bondo like the guy in the first comment said lmao

If you keep the block parallel to the floor and sand in an x pattern, your body work will feather out easier and.Then you can spray. filler primer over it and block it out with 180
