@naturalbornrunning: If you’re someone like me who is super stiff and tight and struggle to get into certain stretches and positions, we need to find easier ways to get the same bang for your buck. If there was one thing I could change about my body it would be my overall stiffness. I find a lot of common positions hard to hit like the bottom of a squat, full shoulder overhead extension and the classic couch stretch. I can pretty much feel a stretch in the first few cms of most positions and using some sort of aid or support is highly beneficial to make sure I’m safe but also getting some good results. Use whatever you need to help you hit these positions! Your body will thank you later.
