@farrahclay: Watch me fall off my bike 😂 I was having a bad ankle week- pain has been pretty bad and I had not left the house in about a week! So instead of attempting the gym my lovely partner decided to encourage me to go on a ‘gentle’ bike ride. He promised it would be roads and paths that would be easy. Obviously we ended up on some grassy, muddy sections. What can I say, we are adventurous!! I was squealing, swearing and laughing so hard. I kind of feel sorry for the dog walker I almost skidded into! 😂 However, I made it back home without falling! I did catch my bad ankle on the mudguard which nearly made me pass out because of the pain…but I have no regrets!! It was amazing to get out of the house and do some exercise in the fresh air!!
