That’s why I was so confused with his character. I was like why is no one freaking out with the fact Jimmy was a villain ☠️

Austin :
Shawn, who played the villain in that one episode, was iceman in the X-men movies. Aaron was Jimmy Olsen.

Aaron's voice does sound markedly different than Shawn's but still are impossible to tell apart visually

Elias Toufexis played two different bad guys on Smallville. In an interview he said that there used to be a general rule that if you could be recast after three years because the audience forgets.

Kristina :
SPOILER ALERT! But I think it’s funny that his twin played a villain in the beginning, then he became a regular later. THEN in the last episode of the series Jimmy’s brother makes a cameo as a photographer to walk in his brother’s footsteps. But they used the same guy that played Jimmy for the identical brother, NOT the already existing identical brother to the actor of that character😂😂😂

Leslie :
I had trouble warming up to Jimmy because of this, but Aaron played him so well it didn’t take long to just see Jimmy Olsen.
