I was just doing a long overdue check because I was supposed to have my first at 40 and it’s now 6 years later. I feel blessed to have done this now because no matter what this spec of a shadow is, God’s got my back..it’s clearly very early and I’m going to be fine one way or another in Jesus’ name! 🙌🏽 Life happens and it’s really easy to blow off diagnostic screenings but please make sure you have your annual check, if you’re 40 and older. Even if you’re younger, but you feel or suspect there is something wrong, get it checked! 📣 Please share this post to encourage others to do the same. By the way, this applies to BOTH males and females. Yes, you read right..although it’s less common in men, many also need to have annual mammograms, especially if there is a family history of breast cancer in males. I will post an update once I’ve had my MRI..waiting to get to the end of my 6 week recovery to heal properly from the biopsy. Mark 5:34
