Great idea. Saves time for everyone. But it's always a good idea to have paper copies of everything just in case technology fails, or your phone gets nicked 😅

Marrakech was annoying, even if you turn up at the airport with the printed ticket you can't just go straight to security 😡 you have to queue with everyone at bag drop just for it to get stamped 🙄

I always get my boarding pass on my app but I much prefer going to a desk to sort out my luggage cause I’ve only went abroad 3 times now and still panic lol

My dad is 85 and uses his iPhone to travel - he had to learn what to do and I helped him set up his accounts but he manages fine

it's not a good idea as technical hitches can happen computers can go down . when I travel will have a paper copy as back up.

We have this in Norway, and there are no problems, because you can print the tickets at home, if paper tickets are required.

You’ll be surprised how many of the “older” generation have actually embraced tech, smartphones etc. had a 75 year old pay with their Apple Watch at checkout last month 😁

The Government need to standardise it so all airlines are doing the same thing in the UK. This includes having cabin luggage the same size for all airlines. It puts a fear into older people like me.
