I check my accounts multiple times a day. I keep a spreadsheet on my phone with my bills and the due dates. I check that daily as well and check my bills off when I pay them. I track trends too.

I check my bank account almost every day, I know when bills are coming out for the most part, but I'm bad at keeping track of or budgeting the random treats or impulse buys throughout the week.

I check my account daily now. And one way I track my finances by writing down all of my bills and putting in another account to come out automatically & the night b4 payday, I transfer to my savings.
