@billierobyn: No food should be off-limits!! For years, I labeled certain foods as “bad” and restricted them. But when I finally ate the cookie or pizza, I felt extreme guilt and shame 🥺 The next day, I’d either restrict even more or try to “make up for it” by running on the treadmill to burn a certain number of calories. This cycle only led to a negative relationship with food, fitness, and my body. The more I restricted, the more I obsessed - often leading to binging ❤️‍🩹 I know it’s hard, but you CAN listen to your body and allow yourself to enjoy ALL foods. Nothing needs to be completely off-limits! When you stop restricting and honor your cravings, food loses its power over you - no more guilt, no more obsession 💛 Moderation is far more sustainable than deprivation.
