Do newborns have a time limit as to how long they can be in tummy time with mom or dad laying chest to chest? I want to be able to do a lot of skin to skin with my baby and let him sleep on my chest, and ofc I will be awake. But I just want to be sure it’s safe. Do they need to be a little older to be able to take naps on their chest?

I remember my son being able to hold his head up independently by 2 months for a long period. He always liked tummy time though
