My mom never had stretch marks, I oiled, lotion, drank a ton of water everything, got stretch marks EVERYWHERE. I don’t think anything matters 😂

I really do think it’s almost all genetic! I’m almost 38 weeks with my second, and never got a single one with either pregnancy and I never really use lotion/oil

I’m mid/plus size and with my first pregnancy my stretch marks were ones I already had then just got a shade darker. Now with my second pregnancy I haven’t gotten and new ones. Maybe cause I’m fat 🤷🏻♀️🤣

I didn’t even know I had stretch marks until after birth when I saw all the white stretch marks that were on the underside of my belly😂💀

I don’t mind my stretch marks (35wks rn) but they HURT. It is so uncomfortable no matter how much I oil/lotion/hydrate to help moisturize

Sadly no matter how much lotion or oils you use they are genetic and you will get them. For me it’s the dark discoloration I got this 4th pregnancy on my neck 😭
