My home is the model. Because of some way the paperwork was drawn up when built I am not in the HOA. They to get me to join every 6 months.

Why wouldnt you sell the model? Company knows it has a sale ahead of time, gives buyer more time to save/plan if needed. win win. What's annoying is when the model homes aren't what's actually sold

my uncle purchased a model home. it basically came with a lifetime supply of lighting and custom built shelves in the garage because the garage was used as the office
