Prep the bread → Slice sourdough in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter all over both halves. Top with Parmesan first, then finish with mozzarella. Bake → Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted, then broil for 1–2 minutes for golden spots. Watch closely.
