We have a 2018 2500 that is having this exact issue at 105,000 miles. We haven’t torn into it to see which one the problem is yet. Hoping just the actuator. 🤞

I've done just the vains on them. If they're not 200k mile+ turbos, it can be a cost effective option as long as the turbo will come apart. In this case, that turbo looks BEAT

I have a 2014 Cummins with 208000 miles the original turbo but replaced the actuator once how much longer you think it will be good to go until I replace it

Check engine lite on 30 lbs boost if I push it Jake break seems to work fine dealer read code says need new actuator why would I if everything seems work if actuator shot why is every thing working
