Obviously there’s miscommunication and possible visual blind spots before impact. The airliner is focused on landing and probably was cleared to land aswel. So surely the Blackhawk is in the wrong.

The helo was pretty much on a constant bearing with the CRJ so the CRJ lights wouldn't appear to move much against all the thousands of background lights behind them, making it very hard to see.

The comments here did not pass the vibe check. The helicopter pilots were seasoned (one with 1000 hrs and one with 500 hrs) and this was a check ride flight. The reason this helicopter was close to

Why is it so hard to understand what they are saying and they talk so fast, audio and voice shouldbe different & in case of emergencies there should be a call where they are in communication all time
