I don't use powder seasons period. I blend garlic,pimento, escallion, ginger, thyme n pepper and mi season all my meats with that and when it a simmer mi add bell peppers, carrot and onions. ❤️

Girl…. I was having such bad headaches when using maggi products, esp the chicken and all purpose. I stopped using it and the headaches went almost immediately. Kudos to u highlighting msg 👍🏽

This is a great thing you are doing. Keep going. Also use the microscope to test pipe water, box drinks, snacks etc for parasites and bugs. See videos on tiktok for US &UK so JA is not immune 🇯🇲

Not only Maggie, most cool runnings seasoning has it. I checked just the chicken bouillon and it’s disappointing cuz I love it. Will never buy again.
