@sayde.lara: Here’s a few things that helped make this easier or more efficient: 1. Sticking to my workouts and making myself come in even the days I didn’t feel like it, discipline is important for growth 2. Pushing myself to failure on almost everything 3. Created a healthy relationship with food, I aim for 130g protein a day minimum 4. Drinking enough water!!! You need to be staying hydrated if you’re planning on pushing yourself in your workouts 5.
