my first internship was with a company that did our school lunches - their team worked hard to secure funding to make sure the entire district got free food & it helped the students & families so much

There are studies showing that it’s actually cheaper to give all students free lunches than trying to keep track of who qualifies and enforcing different pay amounts. 💛
