There’s a lot to un pack on all 4, as a farrier I’d start with the right hind and trim to balance and put shoes on and extent the lateral branch to make the landing even and relive the hock knocking

(Looks) to be walking on outside of hind hooves. Not sure the fix but it will cause uneven wear and crooked feet which can cause soundness issues.

He needs an adjustment done. He is locked up in his stifles and out in his poll. Just recently had a horse the same way after an adjustment he was like a new horse
