I remember them saying they changed the name to veilguard because they wanted to focus on the amazing and complex companions. I also remember them saying it was the "most romantic DA game yet"

DA2 had the best characters. They had depth and maybe some character development in them. This was maybe also due to the fact dat DA2 took place over years in game.

I was glad to have more character based quests in veilguard and these small banter trips, but romancewise? I expected a little more but it felt so rushed and shallow at many parts
