I am honestly so embarrassed to post some of these videos lol…. But this is my story and my journey. I am not perfect and I’ve made so many bad decisions in my life BUT I’ve been able to turn my life around the last 8 years, and if I can do it… you can too. I think if Hallie in 2017 saw what my life and body looked now - she would be SHOCKED 😂😂😂 but incredibly proud and excited. And that’s what this journey is about. It’s about building a life and body that would make the past you proud. Build a life and body that SHE deserves. I’ve had so many ups and downs, so many mistakes and bad days along the way. But hitting rock bottom in 2019 - going through a horrible breakup, moving back in with my parents, working at a restaurant in my hometown having NO idea what I was going to do with my life… That year changed everything for me. But I got here because I worked on myself. I took action towards my goals. I set a vision for my life and chased after it everyday. I became a better woman to attract an amazing, loving man into my life. I’ve invested in coaches, mentors, and sought out guidance. Now I’m proud to say I have not touched a drug in 3 years, I can actually drink just ONE drink and not feel the need for more, I get to run a successful company that changes women’s lives with the best husband and the best team. You can build a life and body you are absolutely in love with. It’s going to be hard. It’s going to take work. You are going to want to quit and give up sometimes… But go ALL IN on yourself and never look back. ❤️🔥 I can promise you that the transformation is worth it!! And of course I would not be where I am today without that gentle whisper from the Holy Spirit - God has shifted my mindset and priorities in so many awesome ways and has been so good to us ❤️✝️
