@crmnallyobsessed: An afternoon stroll ended in terror for a 65-year-old woman. A street camera in St. Petersburg, Florida, captured a man dressed in all black walking past her at 2:00 pm, then turning around to approach her. Police say the man allegedly grabbed her and cut her arm. In a bizarre twist, he then placed her ring finger in his mouth to forcibly remove her ring. Authorities are seeking tips to help identify the suspect in the disturbing finger-biting attack. #florida #thief #crimestory #caughtoncamera #suspect
