The photographer at my local races has you pay a fee thats 5 dollars per run, if you don’t pay then he just doesn’t take pictures. But you get the photos and dont have to pay again he is super cheap

in USEA if your caught stealing photos they will actually ban you specifically from getting any professional photos taken at shows. (they will tell the photographers who not to photograph)
