Sila lihat @tag semua pelancongan Malaysia, ig Masa penyediaan: 15 minit Masa memasak: 15 minit Hidangan: 3-4 pcs Resipi Bahan-bahan: 1 tauhu(potong julienne) Sedikit minyak Bahan inti: 1 – 1 ½ sudu besar minyak 2 sudu besar bawang putih (dicincang) 2 sudu besar pes taucu 4 - 5 cawan sengkuang(dipotong julienne) 1 sudu kecil kicap masin soya 1 sudu kecil sos hoisin 1 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian 1/2 sudu kecil cuka beras Bahan inti lain: Sedikit salad Kicap manis soya (drizzle) Daun ketumbar(dihiris) Sedikit inti(homemade) Sedikit tauhu yang telah digoreng tadi 1 paket Kulit popiah (spring home) Bahan sos cili: 2-3 cili padi segar ½ ulas / 1 sudu besar bawang putih (dicincang halus) Garam secukupnya 1 sudu besar mirin cuka *kisar kesemua bahan diatas dan ketepikan. Cara memasak: 1. Sediakan kuali, masukkan sedikit minyak dan tumis tauhu yang telah dipotong kecil sehingga warna keperangan .Angkat dan ketepikan. 2. Untuk inti, guna kuali yang sama, masukkan bawang putih sehingga naik bau. 3. Lepastu masukkan pes taucu, sengkuang, sos tiram vegetarian, kicap masin soya lalu kacau rata. Lepastu masukkan cuka, sos hoisin dan kacau lagi. Adjust rasa dan ketepikan. 4. Ambil sehelai kulit popiah, letak salad, inti, daun ketumbar, sedikit drizzle kicap manis, sos cili homemade di tengah, tauhu yang telah digoreng tadi, . Lipat kemas seperti kuih ketayap lalu potong. 5. Sedia untuk dihidang. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Servings: 3-4 pcs Recipe Ingredients: 1 tofu (julienne cut) A little oil Filling ingredients: 1 – 1 ½ tbsp oil 2 tbsp garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp taucu paste 4 - 5 cups jicama (shredded) 1 tsp light soy sauce 1 tsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce 1/2 tsp rice vinegar Other filling ingredients: A little salad Sweet soy sauce (drizzle) Coriander leaves (sliced) A little filling (homemade) A little bit fried tofu 1 packet popia skin (spring home) Chili sauce ingredients: 2-3 fresh chilies ½ clove / 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped) Salt as needed 1 tbsp mirin vinegar *Grind all the ingredients above and set aside. Cooking method: 1. Prepare a pan, add a little oil and fry the tofu that has been cut into small pieces until brown. Remove and set aside. 2. For the filling, use the same pan, add chopped garlic until aromatic. 3. Then add taucu paste, jicama, vegetarian oyster sauce, light soy sauce and stir well. Then add rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and stir again. Adjust taste and set aside. 4. Take a piece of popia skin, put lettuce, filling, coriander leaves, a little drizzle of sweet soy sauce, homemade chili sauce in the middle and tofu that has been fried earlier. Fold it neatly like a kuih ketayap and cut it. 5. Ready to serve.
