My step dad was on that exact same plain landing at the same airport and same runway and a black hawk helicopter by him day before so if he came home one day late he would have been dead

We don’t know anything yet, but it could’ve been due to the pilots being tired and not focusing on their surroundings, but instead, focusing on preparing for landing
