I intended on getting some in Bali, but the timing didn’t work out with staying out of the water. Definitely wanna get some there so if you’ve got recs for that area 👀 How do I manage them with travel? I *try* to get the appointments scheduled towards the end of the trip. There were a few that I got in the Philippines while I was still going on boats and being in the water and yeah that wasn’t smart. I’m allergic to second skin so I can’t just slap that on and ignore them for a few days. I make sure I have a bar of my unscented soap on me and find a regular lotion at a local pharmacy. How do I find artists? My go-to way is to find a local or other traveler with tattoos, ask where they get them done. Other way is word of mouth (or recommendation from you guys!!). Last resort is filing through Google (my least favorite method). #solofemaletraveler #tattoo
