I did this on my 3 month old (only once) but used warm water from the tap & now I feel like a terrible mum, I didn’t realise it was saline 😭😭 although I’m so glad I’ve seen this so I know for future

I did this to my 1 year old ALL THE TIME. He got tubes in August so we don’t have to do it anymore. It all drains now. But this is what kept him from getting even more ear infections.
