@simonhoiberg: We're done with Notion. And it's a shame, cause my team and I had a great run with them. Notion wants to be another "everything" app. - Calendar - Emails - Forms - Charts - Automation And it seems very exciting! But... None of them are particularly good. All of them leave Notion as a big spaghetti of unbaked functionality. I'll be the first to admit... I definitely got carried away trying to "engineer" Notion to do all kinds of tasks it isn't really built to do. Recently, I created an account on Plane (for project management) and Todoist (for a simple todo-list). And I think I forgot how easy a task can be solved when using a tool that's built for that specific task. So... We're changing things up.
