YALL NEED THESE🏈✨🤌🏼 3 cups warm water 2 packets of active dry yeast 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey 6 tbsp butter (df if needed), divided 1.5 tsp coarse salt 7.5-8 cups of flour plus more for rolling 1/4 cup baking soda 4 tbsp melted butter 2 tsp coarse sea salt for topping Buffalo Sauce: 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo 1/2 cup your favorite Buffalo sauce In the bowl of a stand mixer with a dough hook, add the water and yeast to the bowl. Let the yeast activate and get foamy. Add in the sugar, 2 tbsp of melted butter, coarse sea salt, and flour to the bowl. Mix and add more flour if the dough is too sticky. You should be able to touch it and it won’t stick to you! Knead for 7-10 minutes or until and smooth ball has formed. Add to a lightly greased bowl and cover with a tea towel. Place the bowl in a dark warm place for an hour. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil and while it is heating, split your dough into 10-12 equal balls. These will make big pretzels. If you want mini, double the amount of pieces. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll each dough ball into skinny ropes. Fold into the pretzel shape (watch the process in the video!). Set the folded pretzels aside. Once the water is boiling, add the baking soda. Drop 3-4 pretzels into the water and let boil for 30 seconds each. Place the boiled pretzels onto a baking sheet. Repeat for the remaining pretzels. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with a hefty amount of Coarse Sea Salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown! While they are baking you can mix together your buffalo sauce!!
